Sonia is a senior learning leader with over 30 years’ of L&D experience. Specialising in building skills at large-scale with speed and elasticity to support organizational and educational institution digital transformation.
Sonia is passionate about enabling organizations to navigate the ambiguity of a VUCA (Volatile, Uncertain, Complex, and Ambiguous) world.
After leading and completing numerous upskilling, reskilling program implementations, Sonia has developed practices to set-up an Elastic L&D system, data-based methodologies human-centric innovative frameworks that empower L&D function to move from a support function to integral part of business as a strategic driver.
Sonia is currently based in Singapore with engagements in Europe and Asia.
Her background involves positions such as Head, Director, Learning Lead, E-learning Lead, and Curriculum Manager, leading teams in organizations such as Standard Chartered, Microsoft, Dell, Lenovo, and NIIT.
